10 Super place to stay while in Peggys Cove Nova Scotia ☺ Great location, very friendly manager, comfortable room and I would stay there again, even if the price was to go up dramatically. ☹ Nothing9.0 Wonderful9.0 We look forward to returning soon! ☺ This was my first true B&B and I loved it! I've always shied away from B&Bs (unlike AirB&Bs) because I feel like I am putting someone out and that I have to tiptoe. I still felt that way a little (but that's more of a me thing) here but not as much because the host seemed so very genuine in wanting to meet my every need and thankful that I was there. The room and view was incredible! The entire building was spotless and very well laid out and organized. The furniture, linens, TV, guest guide, bathroom, lamps, tables etc were all Waldorf Astoria level quality. And the location was perfect...away from the city, near Peggy's Cove; a very romantic setting perfect for a couple from the city or tourist. ☹ Nothing. I will make a couple of minor suggestions that I think could improve the appeal and quality of stay: - some compacted gravel fines or cobble tile would improve the parking area - an outdoor BBQ or fire-pit (although there may have been one and I didn't notice) - a few different breakfast options would be great too, like getting rid of the kids cereals and replace with granola, Cheerios etc. Perhaps some local pastries or bagels. You could even get a bread-maker and set the timer so that it makes bread for the crack of dawn and fills the house up with the smell of fresh bread.
